  • ...ale i ze země. Toto je snímek domu, který agentům sloužil jako tajná základna.
  • David Koresh byl pracovníky Úřadu pro alkohol, tabák, zbraně a výbušniny sledován hlavně proto, že byl mimo jiné podezřelý z nelegálních úprav střelných zbraní. Jeho lidi například zbraním zakázaným způsobem zvyšovali palnou kadenci. Bylo proto rozhodnuto, že na Koreshe a jeho sektu bude proveden zátah. Toto je letecký snímek na místo, kde se utajeně seskupovali agenti ATF.
  • K utajenému převozu agenti ATF používali speciálně upravené vozidla, které navenek vypadaly nenápadně.
  • Zde vidíte vnitřek jednoho z uvedených vozidel.
  • Agenti ATF nejdříve udeřili na předsunutý objekt, kde Davidiáni měli legálně provozovaný obchod se zbraněmi nazvaný "The Ma Bag".

  • David Koresh a jeho věrní o zásahu věděli předem a proto čekali připravení se zbraní v ruce na okamžik, až k nim dovnitř vtrhne přepadové komando.

  • Mezi příslušníky ATF a Davidiány se strhla mohutná přestřelka.
  • Policisté pak na "pevnost" Davidiánů spustili palbu ze všech stran. Do střelby se zapojila také také osádka helikoptéry. Střelbou ze vzduchu byl zasažen do boku i vůdce sekty David Koresh.
  • Čtyři členové komanda ATF, kteří vnikly po střeše do objektu se uvnitř ocitli ve zničující palbě. Nikdo z nich nepřežil. Zachránil se jen jejich kolega, který je kryl ze střechy. Davidiáni ho sice těžce zranili, ale policista zvládl ze střechy dostat pryč.
  • Zákrok ATF ovšem skončil fiaskem. Policisté se museli stáhnout. Několik z nich bylo postřeleno.

  • Okna domu byly jako řešeto. Při přestřelce s agenty ATF zahynulo 5 Davidiánů, tři z nich utrpěli zranění.

  • Nevybuchlé granáty
  • Hlavní bunkr, který měl být celý situovaný pod zem, Davidiáni nestihli dokončit. Zde se díváte na jeho krycí desku.
  • Jako improvizovaný bunkr Davidiánům sloužil starý školní autobus, který byl skoro celý zahrabaný do země. Sektáři ho používali také jako střelnici.
  • Nalezené předměty, které vyšetřovatelé nalezli na spaleništi, byly pečlivě zaprotokolovány a poté skončily v depositu jako důkazy.
