Igor Andrade patří mezi uznávané terapeuty, kteří se v zahraničí věnují delfínoterapii. Jeho klinikou je loď, která kotví v deltě řeky Arau v amazonské části Brazílie. Marcilene Castro k ní právě přiváží svou dceru.
