There are 547 flats in the Central Park - one third is sold to the international clientele. However, only a small part of them is actually living there. If the flats were fully occupied, the complex would be hosting between 1,5 to 2 thousand people. The project's overall costs are higher than 4 billion CZK (160 million euro).
