Central Park: Prague's new luxury residential complex

Central Park: Prague's new luxury residential complex
Probably the most expensive flats to be found in Prague outside the historical center.
The eight glass-and-concrete 14-story buildings host almost 600 flat units. Behind this fence is going to be a garden...
...with this view.
A small 40 square meter flat with one room, kitchen and bathroom located in the lower stories cost approximately four million CZK (160 thousand euro). All buildings are connected by a corridor, so you can visit your neighbor in other ,,tower" without being subjected to Prague's often not so pleasant weather.

Prague - Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic has its own Central Park. Only, it isn't a park but a luxury residential complex, and it isn't in the city center but in Žižkov district. The flats cost hundreds of thousands of euro each and buyers are not lining up. Those who have already bought a flat there are mostly foreigners.
