U STARÉ SYNAGOGY, Pařížská 17, Prague 1. Prague's Pařížská street, one of the most expensive streets in Europe with many luxurious boutiques, is, so to say, no place for old pubs. Back in the 1980s, the Old Synagogue pub was a popular meeting place for students from the nearby Faculty of Law. This ended shortly after the 1989 revolution. Now, the place is a restaurant where you pay six euro just for a soup. | Foto: Jan Lipold
