Padova - Czech 22-year old stewardess died in a bus accident near Padova, Italy this morning. A Slovenian truck driver crashed into a regular route bus owned by Czech travel company Student Agency when trying to overtake the bus.

No one else on the board was hurt.

"The truck was overtaking the bus without giving a turn signal," said Radim Jančura, the Student Agency director to Aktuálně.cz.

Jančura also confirmed that the other driver has been hospitalized with an injured leg, which was not linked to the bus crash.

"The driver hurt his leg when trying to open the front door by kicking it," said the director.

The Italian police advised the company file a complaint against the Slovenian driver. The police also helped  find a new bus.

"At the moment all passengers are on their way to their destinations," said Jančura.
