Software giant SAS criticizes Labor Ministry for no-bid contract

Business - SAS, one of the world's largest software company with 50,000 corporate clients in 120 countries, criticizes the Czech Labor Ministry for planning to award a multimillion contract to is competitor IBM without issuing a public tender.
