British colonel Westley defends Czech special unit in Afghanistan
Revealed - In 2009, an anonymous source said to the Czech media that a Czech special operations group (SOG) in Afghanistan had failed to help their British colleagues when attacked by Afghan rebels. Czech Coal's biomass business fails to meet expectations
Business - Czech Coal, a company owned by billionaire Pavel Tykač, has been trying to grow biomass since 2003. Without great success. And 2011 was no exception. "In 2011, the Czech Coal group grew and sold 120 tons of energy sorrel," said Czech Coal spokeswoman Gabriela Sáričková Benešová to Czech Insider. The group expected to grow much more...
