CEZ buys wiretap-proof phones for senior managers

Revealed - Czech energy heavyweight CEZ has acquired wiretap-proof cell phones for some members of its senior management team.

"Yes, selected managers are being handed these phones," CEZ spokesman Ladislav Kriz confirmed to Czech Insider.

Currently there are roughly 2,000 users of encrypted wiretap-proof cell phones in the Czech Republic - most of them managers for the country's largest companies, lobbyists, politicians and lawyers... (read more here).

Revealed - The senior government Civic Democratic Party (ODS) is currently going through a serious internal crisis, with some of its deputies voting against the government's key tax reform package last week.
